Our Home Designs
We currently offer several standard home designs in size ranges between 120 sq.m. and 240 sq.m. All homes include a full set of energy efficient appliances and a 2 kW photovoltaic power system. Each home offers opportunities for some customization, though more custom homes are available at additional cost.
The Ben Gurion
With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, this 120 sq.m. home is a great start for a young family.
120 sq.m. One Level
This 120 sq.m. design features an open design with three bedrooms.
The Ben Gurion Duplex
This duplex is built from two independent 120 sq.m. homes joined at a common wall. Each home is single-story.
The Shalev
With 160 sq.m., this design features four larger bedrooms and two bathrooms. The floor plan includes a private master suite.
160 sq.m. Plan A
This mid-sized home features four larger bedrooms and two bathrooms. The galley kitchen allows easy interaction with the living spaces.
160 sq.m. 2 Story
With up to five bedrooms over two stories, this home is designed for growing families.
The Mishpacha
With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, this 160 sq.m. home makes room for a large family in a cozy environment.
The Yonatan
The Yonatan has a similar design to the Shalev, with larger bedrooms and living space to give 190 sq.m. floor area.
200 sq.m. 2 Story
The two story design features larger bedrooms on the upper level.
The Big House
Our largest home at 240 sq.m. has four large bedroom and more spacious rooms over two stories.
